SALVAGE OF MV MORAZ COMPLETED
On March 11 2022, the dry cargo ship MV MORAZ, which ran aground in Iskenderun Yazici Port due to a storm, suffered serious damage from the engine room and hull. The salvage efforts of various companies, which lasted for months, were inconclusive, Detek started the salvage works on 08.09.2022 and succeeded in making the ship afloat in a short period of 1 month and delivering the ship to the shipowner on 20.10.2022. On November 8, 2022, the ship went to Aliağa dismantling without any problems and the dismantling works were started.
